I’m Vicki Kawelmacher, a Certified Coach and the Founder of Access Plus Coaching. For nearly 20 years, I’ve been mentoring and empowering women to overcome life’s challenges and step into their God-given potential. I have a deep passion for seeing women thrive, often recognizing their strengths before they do. I believe transformation starts from within, and I count it a privilege to walk alongside women on this journey. My strength comes from the Lord, and I give Him all the glory, I could never do this on my own.
