Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before April 10, 2025 (30+ days before the event).

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between April 11 and April 25, 2025 (15–29 days before the event) are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made on or after April 26, 2025 (14 days or less before the event) are non-refundable due to pre-arranged commitments and event planning costs.
